The EPC sometimes thinks that the paint code (473 in this case) is an option. That explains the "low-compression engine".

The datacard doesn't show the first six numbers of the manual four speed transmission 716005. On the transmission itself only the build number is shown.

Ive read the the EPC is not correct on interior codes at times. You can also enter the vin on the russian EPC. I can dig up the link but its tricky to work sometimes.

that should work just type in your numbers. the intro page is russian but it goes to english after you enter the VIN.

yes its real--and it came stock on the NON turbo 81 the car is rust free and for sale in N texas.
