Question looking for a 350 sdl piston

Anybody know a source for a piston for a 91 350 sdl. New or used. The cheapest one I can find new is $295.50. Where would I look for a used one?

Sheesh.......can you get a used piston out in the junkyard? There's a 1991 350SDL in the local junkyard.

question

I wasn't clear with my previous question.

IS it POSSIBLE to pull a piston in the junkyard? What would be the process/procedure? Can the oil pan be removed without jacking up the engine? Unbolt a rod from the crank and then push it up?

You have to lift the block to slide out the pan. Someone's looking for a .970 pan so buy it to sell.

Go for a middle piston which is less likely to have bent rod and diagonal wear pattern on the skirt.

Since you have pull the head, buy it to resell.

Piston and connecting rod pulled last night, and shipped today to you this morning.

Tracking info sent via Private Message. Sorry it took so long, many projects at once.

Hope your getting around better.

Take care.
