Oil Leaking From Ignition Cylinder and Won't Hold Vacuum
The car still shuts off but I have oil leaking from the ignition cylinder and the line will not hold vacuum. Is there a valve in the ignition cylinder I can replace?
If so, can someone get me a link to it? Sorry for all the questions. I am on a 2 week staycation and figured I'd get a couple of these projects knocked out.

You need to replace the shut off valve on the back of the IP since that is the most likely source of the oil. Remove the line from the valve and pull a vacuum on it with a clear hose on a Mity Vac. If it sucks oil, you know the diaphragm is holed. There is a switch on the side of the ignition module but it is likely ok.
You may want to suck some brake cleaner thru that circuit to clear out the oil after you replace the shut off valve on the IP.

Thanks kerry!! Just swapped the shut-off valve with a known good off another IP and she's good to go. This also solved my ACC change-over issue. I now have functioning footwell and center vents!! Woot!! Double whammo on that fix. The shut-off would leakdown from 25 inches to zero in about 15 seconds. Had no idea that minute of a vacuum leak would cause that much of an issue. Oh well. Time to tackle door locks.

That's weird. With the engine running, there's no vacuum going to the shut off valve so it shouldn't be causing problems elsewhere.

Maybe I fixed something else inadvertently. Now I need to find a vacuum damper thingy for my VCV. Anyone know what that's called? I forgot.

I did replace a couple of little jumper hoses from the hard vacuum lines, specifically the elbows that connect to the ignition. So who knows....I'm happy with the result.

You can test the vacuum system by pulling vacuum on the individual hoses including those that run into ehe engine compartment.

I did, everything under hood as well as those that run to the HVAC system hold vacuum now. I ordered a new dashpot for my VCV because my trans went from flaring to feeling like it has a stage 11 shift kit in it. Broke the original dashpot when i replaced my busted VCV.
Gonna go through the power locks tomorrow and see what I end up with.

Found a dead actuator in rear passenger door and a rather large tear in the line running to the hatch door. Time to pony up and buy some parts
