Ok, to steer this IT pishing match back on course

As of today, I've been able to renew, but none of my browsers, all with the latest Java installed are able to launch the JNLP for EPCNet. I get failure to load with this:

Error while trying to acquire the username from the sessioncontext.

The error I am getting is slightly different. But EPC has worked consistently for me for ages, until the last week. Something has definitely changed, and I don't think it was at my end.

No, that's the same error. Just click 'Details' and you'll get the actual error text.

^lol, my connection is still working, VMFusion partitioned on the iMac, I'm using all of 16% (of 1 TB) after 3 years.
