Help location vacuum line

I have an 82 300D turbo. My engine wont shut off properly and my door locks do no funtion correctly. I have located a loose vacuum line off a T on the bottom of the shut off valve. Anyone know where the other end goes ? I can't find it for anything. Any pics would be helpful.

I can take a wider shot tomorrow, the end of the vacuum line thats circled just abruptly ends on the firewall. I do see another vacuum line that goes down towards the transmission, should there be 2 ?

That white device is the vacuum control valve for the transmission and it has a vent line. Your leak could be anywhere in the system. You need a Mity Vac to properly diagnose it. You could exclude the door lock system by disconnecting the yellow line at the firewall and plugging the line towards the vacuum pump. Then, turn off your climate control system by pushing the far right button.

Ahhh, I am guessing the vent line is what is so mysterious to me. Ok, time to look in other places. Thanks
