Current Draw fuse circuit #2 85 300D

I installed a new voltage regulator on my 300D yesterday. I was getting about 12.8V Now it is close to 14v.

When reconnecting the battery I got a fairly decent spark. I double checked all the circuits and they seemed off.

Went and checked the fuse box and almost all of the current was in circuit 2. which included the radio and clock.

I didn't check the amperage but it was decent from looking at the spark that it gave off. The better part of an amp or two I am sure.

My factory clock doesn't work.

Has anyone had a similar current loss on circuit 2 of the fuse box.
Thanks.
