Anyone online? Im doing a diesel purge on 95 E300D
Im doing a diesel purge on 95 E300D. I have it hooked up with the return line which is the the hose on the left of the three that are there and then also hooked up a hose from the Prefilter.
There is fuel moving in the return line but nothing is moving in the feed line? Why is this occurring? Thanks

A picture or diagram would really help.
What do you mean hose 'from the prefilter?' In terms of fuel flow, the lift pump line should draw from the bottle of Purge. Whether that goes through the prefilter is up to you. Sixto 87 300D |

You should only be doing this from the two rubber lines that are attached to the hard lines on the driver's inner frame rail, under he IM.
Those two hoses are such a pita... huge downfall over the ease of access of an OM617...
