Prechamber fuel leak possible?

I don't mean from injector halves or return lines leaking down into the gap but rather fuel coming up from between the prechamber and injector. I don't understand how a fuel leak here is possible so could someone explain it to me? Thanks

Its not....if there is fuel in that area.....you have a leak from the hard line, return line or the injector half......a leak from the prechamber would be in the forum of a gas....you would lose compression.....if you put some soap or oil at the prechamber collar....you would see little bubble...

That's what I figured. I was just wondering since there is a well known website out there that sells a prechamber collar nut tool as a way to "fix prechamber fuel leaks."

Hmm I bought one of them a long time back, because breaking the injectors lose....the po loosened the pre chamber resulting in a compression leak....once we tightened it down....all was good....I would think they are using that as a marketing ploy....as I can't see how you would get a fuel leak from the prechamber...

Were there any symptoms of the prechamber compression leak, other than air bubbles in fuel or oil?

If Fuel and Oil seep down between the Threads and into the space that is under there the shock of the vibration of the Fuel being injected and the Combustion cause little bubbles.

If you keep spraying that area with Brake Cleaner diluting what is down there and sopping it up and spraying eventually you will sop up and dilute enough that it will dry up or the level will be so low it won't bubble.

If you have a real compression leak from the Heat Shield or the Pre-chamber what comes out has more volume and velocity to it.

However, you missed one. If the Injector Nut develops a hairline crack it will indeed leak Fuel down in that area below the prechamber Ring.
