WOW!!!! This is the best design I have seen for this broken plastic key head problem. The MB plastic one`s keep going up in price, and the problem isn`t fixed.

I have one I have been babying along for a while. My Bro in Law bought one and think he paid $9. I forget how many crappy plastic one`s I have gone through.

HMMM.....great stocking stuffer.

For the work that it takes to setup, mill, deburr, clean, anodize, pack, and ship $30 is a steal.

Looks great. Brilliant idea, I would love to see the finished product. My original key heads haven't failed yet but these might be worth a look if they do

Nice job. The S-10 won't actually HAVE a key but if it did this would be on the parts-to-order list! Great job!

Good to see this thread at the top, was going to look for it.
Well this afternoon I jump in the 240, turn the key and ....snap, the plastic key head breaks. I think this is the third one in the past 4 years I broke in the 240.

So Iam putting in an order for 2 of these nice looking metal ones.
