transmission rebuild - where?
the tranny on my 90 350 sdl is giving up. anyone know of a shop that does a good job on MB trannys near Winston-Salem, Hickory or Charlotte, NC. All the places I find with rebuilt MB trannys on the net are out west. Who does a good job?

I had good luck with my transmission rebuild at MR Transmission on Independence bv in charlotte... I've known the techs and owner for 30 years.

I have a used working pull out of an SDL I've been holding onto in case I ever needed one, but I also have an almost complete parts car with a functioning unit in it as well. If you still need one, let me know. It has 107,000 miles on it.
