Okay after figuring out how the internal parts in the steering goes together for the horn and re-install the steering, I managed to shear the two spring loaded contacts for the horn. the whole assembly pops out and two wires are attached down stream in the steering column.
Anyone knows where I can get a replacement, everything I find are the horn contacts for the SD.
