Power Lock Actuator

so i'm getting ready to tackle my power locks.
when all is said and done will the drivers side door then unlock everything when you unlock it.
will it unlock everything including the trunk?

still a rookie

yes the master actuator is operated by the driver's lock. it opens all doors, the trunk, and the fuel filler door.

where did those pages come from..id like to buy whatever book or source they are from...

is there a way to open the fuel door fomr inside?
i always just push the opposite end of the door to open the fuel door.

There is a means of unlocking the fuel door manually, from inside the trunk.
(Since there is no particularly easy way to open the trunk from the inside, I suggest remaining outside the trunk when manipulating the fuel door latch.)

Whether the trunk is unlocked by the vacuum lock system is dependent on whether the trunk was previously locked with the key. If locked with the key (key removed in vertical position), the trunk will not be unlocked by the vacuum lock system.

The graphics come from Mercedes Benz (EPC) Electronic Parts Catalog
