OEM brand for w201 motor mounts

One of my motor mounts has gone and I think I will probably just go ahead and replace both of them, as well as the completely shot transmission mount. Of course the OEM mounts are nearly $200 but there are recognizable brands for around $70, Corteco and Sachs. Would I be correct in assuming Sachs is the OE?

The ones that are in mine now are Boge but I have no clue if they were the original ones in there

That's what I assume but I havent been able verify it. It seems that maybe both could have been the suppliers. I think I shall try to get one of mine out to settle this as I have seen pics of Sachs/Boge and Lemforder mounts that have something ground down where the star would have been. I checked the mounts in my 2.6 and they have the star so hopefully I can get then out and settle it

I assume this is for your 1987 190D 2.5 auto.

LEMFOERDER was the factory installed brand.

Yes quite correct. In the online parts catalog, that parts number corresponds to the turbo model, mine is NA. Can I use the ones meant for the turbo? Pelican has those but not the NA version from Lemfoerder.

Yes.
The turbo units are slightly more robust.

Similar to using W123 300D engine mounts on a W123 240D.
