I'm looking at the after market grill with the Benz symbol In the middle. Any one know where I might find another one?

they've been around for a good while. I think they used to offer rebuilt motors but really did not do the rebuilds correctly.

I bought a couple used wheels from them a few months back cuz I couldn't find them anywhere else. For the price they charged, wheels should have been in exceptional, like-new condition. They weren't. I did not have a good feeling about that transaction but didn't have anywhere else to turn One of the two wheels was really hurting

If the forum server doesn't block this suggestion, try Performance Products for the 'sport' grill aka sedan grill with a star in the middle. There's also an SL shop in Sacramento, Capitol something or other, that used to advertise in Hemmings. They used to sell dress up bits so your MB is nothing but chrome on the outside and nothing but wood on the inside

I have not used them, and probably will NOT. The prices are much too high.

IMO they SUCK, the carpet dash covers are nicer, and they don't squeak, chirp or rattle.

But some members swear by them.

It is difficult or impossible to glue / stick the molded plastic if Armorall was ever used on the factory dash.

I've used adsitco a few times. Results were mixed. I've gotten some very nice trim bits from them and some pretty marginal stuff. Buying used is always a crap shoot. I still deal with them from time to time.

You are not going to get restoration quality pieces but usually "decent" quality to keep your DD looking respectable.
