Instrument panel turn signal lights don't work.

After getting the car back from the mechanic who installed a new speedo cable, now the instrument panel turn signal lamps do not work. The outside blinker lights work fine, I can hear the tick tick tick sound but the instrument panel blinker turn signal lights don't work. I pulled the instrument panel out and it appears the wiring is connected properly, then checked the fuse panel and everything looks fine there. Any ideas?

I guess I'm going to pull the panel and check the bulbs. I will probably go ahead and replace fuse #12 (white)...that's the fuse that controls these interior blinker lights, correct?

I dont remember the correct fuse number but its clearly marked on the fuse map inside the fuse box cover.

Certainly confirm that both bulbs werent played with while they had the instrument cluster out. Might just pop both out and check them with your battery and a pair of small jumpers.

If your fuse map is missing, you should find it in here:

Make sure to replace all the fuses with ceramic copper/brass fuses....remove them all and inspect them. Your grounds may also have been effected with the speedo cable replacement....if I paid someone to fix something and they broke something else....it would be going right back..
