300D Panel Lights come on when engine turned off

'81 300D
This just started tonight....When I parked the car and turned the car off, the Brake Light, Brake Sensor light, and Battery Light all COME ON...light up and stay on even when I take the key out... Had to disconnect battery for the night. Also, wouln'dt you know it, now the glow plugs don't work. A short somewhere? Any ideas? Thanks
