Hot dog!
So, my dog now is miserable with the heater stuck on and we are leaving tomorrow morning for a trip. I was just going to go manual valve rather than electric, but had something say check the electrical before doing anything rash.
Tried both units and get a half volt to the plug which can't be varied. Is this really correct? Hate to take the rebuilt unit out of the packaging to confirm... Thank you so very much!

Thank you so very much for the reply!
Oops, long day... Basically I have the original climate control unit, a used unit, and what was a new rebuilt Programa unit. At this point I was swapping the units to see if the reading at the mono valve would change. I was able to find a snippet of information that it is only in the automatic position that the voltage changes from 0 to 12 instantaneous. However, with the rebuilt unit, I get 0,05 volts on cold and 0 volts on hot. Now what?

The monovalve should be supplied with system voltage anytime the key is in the RUN position. Switching occurs on the ground side of the circuit. If you don't have constant battery voltage at the monovalve positive terminal, you have a problem.

Turns out number 14 fuse despite Bud the mechanic saying it wouldn't. Now he seems to say he isn't responsible to fix it again... So thinking I will give a shot at fixing it myself. I am wondering if the two windows are on the circuit, despite not being listed? The windows are not listed on any of the fuses! Or, did I not get enough sleep?

As a cheap and temporary fix you can simply clamp one of the heater hoses. Use a couple of pieces of anything stiff (wood, a couple of hunks of 1/4" plate, etc.) and a Vice-Grip, C-clamp, or anything else that will stay on there.
