Hi folks,

Looking for some pointers and tips on removal the air intake manifold of a 2005 E320 CDI

After extensive diagnostics at MB dealer by a extremely competent tech, the suspect now lies in the intake manifold to the car's poor performance without showing any codes..

So I am looking to see if anyone has done a intake removal /cleaning on a OM 648 or 613 motor..

I have done it on my ALH tdi but never on a Mercedes diesel

These show swirl flaps being removed, never removed one myself so hope these are of help.
