All new coolant hoses
I just replaced all rubber coolant hoses with new ones on my 85 300D...there are about 15 of them!!!! What the ___ was Mercedes thinking when they designed this system?!?!
I do buy most of my parts from fastlane, but the coolant hoses I got from Performance Products because they sell them as a complete set for the vehicle for about $95 (plus 15% discount they offer annually)...I must say "hats off" to Performance on this one....you've never seen such an oddball assortment of hoses, and every last one of them matched the originals perfectly, and when the job was complete, I didnt have a single odd piece left over. They also had OE german hose clamps. Mark

Mark, Thanks for the feedback. I get their catalogs for the 123 and find the line blowup drawings useful for identifying part names and locations... perhaps your report will inspire Fastlane to offer the same kit.... Greg
