Trans internal pressure up or down for warm trans oil

Does the transmission internal pressure adjusted by the vacuum modulator on the 722.315 rise or lower when the transmission fluid is hot? I adjusted the modualtor pressure with the fluid cool. Just wondering. Hot fluid expands=more pressure? or, Hot fluid less viscous =less pressure?

The pressure is set with a warm transmission. I think the pressure will be higher when cold due to the ATF being a tad thicker

I think this true as my 1-2 shift is similar to someone dropping 10 bags of sand in the trunk when cold but softens up when warm.
