please help me on my cam sprocket quick

I bought a new febi timing chain for my '89 190d turbo diesel noticing it has 7 degrees difference between crank and cam. As we were about to put it on, the cam sprocket didn't look so perfect. my question is, just how badly worn is this (pics) and do I need to replace it. If so, what are the chances the crank sprocket is as bad, i need to know this because it;s such a big job to take that one off. I need answers quick because I am a media relations person and can;t survive long without my car and its chain is already off. my wife is also giving birth to my first child so i'm kind off saving up. please look at the pics.
