Thumbs up Heads up: Mobil 1 Motor Oil Sale

Mobil 1 motor oil is currently on sale at Costco, $10 off a pack of 6 quarts of full synthetic until 7/06/14, limit 3. The weights offered are 5W-20, 5W-30 and 10W-30 but are only available at the store. The price becomes $26.99.

Walmart also has a sale on Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck 5W-40 synthetic oil for $23.97 a gallon, which is less than $3 off but I was surprised to see they even had it in stock, I was not able to find it anywhere besides online for a couple of years and the turbo diesel synthetic has usually been much more expensive than their other synthetics, around $30 a gallon.

My Local O'Reillys has the Mobil 1 TDT for ~$26-27 at the moment; Thanks for the heads up on Wally World.

I even use it in my gas rigs with the awesome zinc and phosphate profile that it enjoys...

That's way too much $ to pay for it.

Many of us stocked-up on it when it was about $12.00 a gallon in December 2013.

In Canada, at Canadian Tire. TDT costs C$48.99 for 4.4L (4.65qts). I buy my supplies at Walmart when in USA.

Also NAPA has Mobil1 Formula M ESP 5W-40 for $5.99/qt. Not sure this is a special or normal price.

Anyone with a 98 or newer Diesel needs this oil - MB has reissued their fluid specs and they require 229.51 oil for anything 98 or newer.

Yes, yes we did. I've still got about 13 gallons in stock. I think my dad has at least 20.... ....that's a 5+ year supply at his current usage levels.
