W123 Shop Manual Volume 2

Need to borrow Volume 2 or get a scan. So does anyone have Volume 2 that I can borrow or scan a couple pages?

Thank you so very much!

Is this different than the online manual that is on Startek?

Uberwasser, thank you so very much for the reply!

The manual online is the same as the CD and lacks vast amounts of missing information and the images are worthless. I wish I had saved my bread and hope others aren't snuckered.

Well, thank you as gets me closer to getting the information I need rather than don't.

I wish I could get the mechanic I know to sell me his manuals, as then get them out of his hair and then I have the information. However, he refused and considering how he pads repairs and doesn't warranty work done, bet it is to keep me coming back. I thankfully think I found a place here in Sandy Eggo if I need any work done (emergency only). Bit of a pain to drive 6 hours but good to have an alternative.

Adriel, from family being in the business of Mercedes since the 1980s I should have this book still I hope. I am not sure if I gave it to a friend since I sold the '84 300D, but I will take a look and if I am able to help and have this book I definitely have what you are looking for!

Jake thank you so very much!

I understand if you don't have it. Very few were printed, so know I am asking a lot.

I am not sure that Vol II is really what you are looking for.

Page 108/1 of the Electrical wiring diagram shows fuse 14 as well as the exhaust gas recirc system specific to California cars. Is that what you are looking for?

I have that page on my tablet. Probably just saved from the CD or perhaps the Polish site. I could post it, but you probably already have it.

I believe it is the front system, which includes:
warning monitor
emission control
horn
switch-over valve overload protection device
automatic transmission
auxiliary fan term. 86

What Polish site? I have tried the secrete one.

I am away from home, but think I brought the CD. But it doesn't have any wiring diagrams, I.I.R.C.. I just got so frustrated with its lacking and poor quality put it away and use a Haynes.

On the on-line manual and the cd, the second item after engine manual, is the electrical trouble shooting manual. It includes the wiring diagram. The page i referenced is there. You need to flip through the pages to find it.

The polish site has same manuals.

I notice the emission system is listed on the fuse card too.

Below is page 108/1 in the FSM under wiring diagram.
