220-Diesel badge
I was recently a victim of theivery. The trunk badge on our 220D/8 was pried off. No damage was actually done to the trunk lid, but now the car is badgeless. Does anyone out there know of a car about to be scrapped that still has its 220-diesel badge. Or does anyone have one available just laying on the shelf. Poor thing looks naked without the badge!!

I saw some of these at a swap meet last weekend. I'm going to dig around and see if I have the card of the booth that was selling them so you can shoot them an e-mail.

I've got a few that I removed from my cars before I scrapped them years ago. Diesel is spelled out on the W115 220 D badges, vice a separate badge on the right side.
220 DIESEL (left side) PM me. Jim

I've got a badge for you. It's not perfect and all three mounting posts broke off at the nuts but it's free to a good home. |
