Delivery Valve Copper Sealing Rings (Washers) Are No Longer Available (NLA)
The delivery valve copper crush washers for the OM617, etc. are no longer available from Mercedes. Dang. Mercedes part number 000 074 17 59, Bosch part number 1 410 105 020. Suffer with your leaking injection pump.

The copper crush seals are in the rebuild kit for these IP's. DGK 128. The kit costs $34.00 CDN in 2012.

You can always call a water-jet place and have them blasted out by the pound

Good idea on the waterjet thing. Someone should make a few hundred and sell them. I went to the local Bosch shop and they didn't show any in stock, and they don't seem to be available to purchase. But, they had some old stock in the back and gave me a couple, which was very nice. They said they can order the gasket kit, as mentioned above. So, that would be a good second resort.

I have yet to see a pump on a 617 leak at the delivery valves.....
They were leaking on my OM601, new washers fixed that.
