Good day Exept the Horriffic Noise

I found out there is a 1983 300D in a local yard and been there only a week. Figured I see if it still had its auxiliary fan and a couple other bits. It was quite picked over, but still a few good things left. The poor girl never made it to 200,000 miles, just less than a thousand short. Even more sad was the way the yard prepared her. They ripped off parts that was unnecessary to and strewn some all over.

I got:
auxiliary fan
grill (almost perfect, especially compared to mine and made a handy parts tray)
driver's side window switch (learned never leave those behind)
all four vents
a vacuum pod (couldn't get the other off and didn't see any others)
the B pillar plastic trim (in really good shape and one of mine crumbled)
A.L.D.A., V.C.V. (charged $5 each! ), plus the rod with really soft clip, the fuel relief valve, and cover (made sure to put back the spring, washer, and clip)
Assorted bits of hardware

So I have a question. The turbo charged OM617 is supposed to have a non adjustable fuel pressure relief valve, the on passenger side up near the block, right? The one on this example is adjustable, so assumed it worked. So then I can use it on mine then?

Thank you all in advance for the help!

Need to find a nut, shower, and make it to a meeting pronto, otherwise post pictures.

Yes you can use the fuel pressure relief valve, on the cars that have the non serviceable one. Just make sure to adjust the spring to 27mm.
