Main idle adjustment ~ 1993-300D~2.5

Guys, where in the he double hockey sticks is the main idle adjusting on the 300D 2.5, '93. I'm having trouble finding it. Too, if anyone would be so kind as to share a service manual with me .pdf I'd sure appreciate it! My cars tag on door says early 1993 model, like around March. Besides that I'm about to loose my salvation over that back bolt that you can't get to on the Stop valve on the IP. From my research the plastic with the dome tops are the OEM ones, meanwhile mine has this metal one, like one end of a soup can. I tried unscrewing the ALDA and it turned within it's self, didn't damage it, but didn't loosen it either. I'm sure plenty of you all been there done that. Appreciate you guys! fRANK in VA. P.S. I hate when diesels idle too low, nothing seems to work right! The motors will shake like a leaf in a march wind if the idle is too low!
