Anyone know the P/N for the entire hollow bolt assembly for the main fuel filter on a 1985 300D ? I have ordered what the parts list show but it doesn't seem to be what I need. My hollow bolt has a thick o ring and a small o ring. All parts list show are a copper ring and a small o ring . What gives ? Should mine have a copper ring under the head ? It didn't have one when I changed the filter. I think I need the thick o ring which is near the head. Mine is leaking ever so slightly now.


I found part numbers 003 997 58 48 and 000 997 00 48. They came from the Mercedes owners forum.
