Did I crack a hard line? (Video)

Order of events.

A few weeks ago I redid my glow plugs by removing the intake manifold. I may have slightly but not completely damaged one or two of my fuel line clips.

Today I went out to the shops but I noticed that when I came to stop that I was idling a little bit rough. After looking under the hood I saw that I was leaking fuel from the top of an injector hard line. It looked to me like it just might be loose but tightening the nut did nothing.

Did I crack the line where it meets the delivery valve?

Really hard to tell in that light and video duration... Could be a return line spray...

Overtightening the lines can misshape the ball end of the line to where it's not a good fit in the delivery valve/injector cup.

Understood. I just turned the nut a tiny amount to ensure that it wasn't loose (It wasn't )

Are you missing injector line clamps? I do not see a clamp on lines #1 and 2, the others are not in view in your video. If they are missing, could explain why the line cracked.

Update

The good news: I pulled the hard line and couldn't see any damage whatsoever to the line. I replaced it anyways with another line that I had but the result was still a leak (Although nowhere near as bad as the video that I had posted, this time it was more of a seeping/foaming leak)

The bad news: It looks like the real source of the leak is the IP delivery valve. The threads have been damaged on one side and that is where the fuel was coming from. I've never taken these lines off before so the damage is most likely from a previous owner. (I was only able to get a single decent photo which shows the damage)

I have a 350SDL injection pump sitting at home from which to get a new delivery valve. I'm thinking that i'll go ahead and replace all of the delivery valve seals "While i'm there"

Threads does not provide the seal. The flares do, on both ends of the line. The threads provide the clamping force between the flare connection.

Correct but if there is a nick at the very top of the flare which is letting fuel into the thread which is leaking all around. (Hard to see in the video but easy to feel with a gloved had)

Sorry, I was going by what I read "The threads have been damaged on one side and that is where the fuel was coming from". Apparently you didn't mean what you wrote.

I FINALLY got around to this job and sure enough it was the delivery valve itself which somehow got knicked on the threads. I've never had to take the lines off before so this damage was almost certainly from someone else's previous repair which has just gotten worse over time. For some years now i've had a bit of a rough idle at start so i'm hoping that this was the cause. (Thankfully I have a spare IP on the back shelf and a brand new set of rubber and copper rings) I only had a large torque wrench which barely fit into the space available but I followed the 22, 22, 26 ft/lbs procedure and everything seems to be running fine.
