Part question

Can someone tell me if W0133-1635833 is the part number for the large o-ring that is on the turbo side of the crossover pipe (other side of pipie goes to intake manifold and has a flat gasket)? And while I'm at it the # of the gasket to the intake manifold? Car in question is a 90 300d 2.5t. Thanks.

Are they damaged ? I always just reused those unless they are leaking real bad. I've never replaced the big oring. Pelican only sells the flat gasket for the crossover tube to the intake. 4.50. I could find the turbo on there at all or any related parts or intake.

Usually you can reuse the intake manifold gasket and oring. The flat gasket you might want to replace. Or put so rtv on there til you get a new one. Its the easiest part to change out on the hole car probably .

Car was blowing oil straight out of the area. Took off crossover pipe and noticed that a part of the o-ring was completely destroyed. Then I thought it wasn't like this before... then I realized it had gone to a shop where they took it off and apparently mangled it.
Went to the dealer to order a new one. Put in today. Good as new.

0139972948 is the correct part.

But...why are you blowing so much oil? There are only two possible sources:

- leaky turbo bearing seal (rebuild of turbo required)
- swallowing oil from the breather tube (clogged air filter or worn engine)

That is the worldPac part number = it is correct.

As mentioned by another member, my concern is the massive oil flow.
This is NOT normal, and is too often a failing turbo seal.

Excessively high oil level can also cause the oil to aerosolize = become a heavy mist = ingesting unregulated fuel.

Here is a thread you need to read.
