Yes, secure those fuel lines. Fellow e300 owner over on BW had one break off due to no clips and a pothole. Good warning.
BTW I see your posting links to your vids lately here and BW, curious if your spreading goodwill or trying to get your 'views' up? No prob with a little self promotion. If I may, do more howtos. For example I am not using brake cleaner to clean my e300s egr.
