unusual sanden setup

I brought home an 83 grey market 240 in March and was pretty excited to see that it already had a sanden ac compressor hooked up, even thought ac was non operable.
Yesterday I was less impressed to see that the compressor mounting bracket is actually broken and I had to remove the compressor because it was starting to hang precariously.
This is not a mounting kit i have seen before. It is cast aluminum with part numbers that do not appear to be MB. It also has a spring loaded idler to hold belt tension.
Can anyone tell me where this thing came from?
Also, from the pics you can tell it has issues. I think I can get it repaired, but on the off chance that anyone recognizes this kit I'd entertain buying the piece that is broken if anyone knows where I can get it.
I also posted the part number for the compressor itself.
Id appreciate any info available. I searched but didn't find anything about anything other than the kits from rollguy and klimacool.
Thanks

Vstech,
How about a bunch of really good pictures of yours with it still IN PLACE ?

and some good measurements of the critical measurements..... like between bolt holes, etc...

I think an idler pulley is a great design....
