What is my 84 300D worth?

I've basically come to a point where I don't have the time or energy to maintain the constant vigilance that is needed to keep my 84 300D in good shape. I'm thinking of selling while it still has relatively low mileage and everything is in working order.

~193k miles
-not original paint, the cheap paint job that the PO did is starting peel on the trunk lid
-interior is in really, really good shape (blue MB Tex), new front seat pads 2 years ago, no dash cracks
-R12 AC system with Sanden compressor upgrade
-completely rebuilt front suspension, about 3.5 years old (replace every front suspension part with Lemfoerder parts)
-no rust
-rear axels in good shape
-EGR removed
-no vacuum leaks, all AC vents and doors work as intended from the factory
-aftermarket pioneer radio

Any thoughts on the market value? If it's about $2k, then I would probably just keep it, but anywhere north of $5k, and i'd be very ready to part with it

Thanks for the opinions!

Curtis

Likely somewhere in the middle. You hear about sub-200k cars going for north of 4k but most people who know the cars won't shell out that much for them. All depends on the buyer. Ebay may be your best bet and also having your listing end on a Sunday is key

The market for a 123 defies logic. They seem to bring more dollars than comparable 124 body cars, and in some cases even 210 body cars. Totally depends on the market in your part of the country in any case though. If the AC works, it is a major value pusher. i would not expect much on craigslist though. Ebay or autotrader. If you go ebay, tons of good pictures by a landmark, and clean it well brings top dollar.

Hard to say without pics, but I'm thinking around three thousand.
