By OEM, do you mean genuine MB parts? Confusingly, many pretty junky off-brand parts can be called OEM these days. And to make matters worse, there is actually a brand which named itself OEM.
Anywho, assuming you want genuine MB parts, Pelican, our forum sponsor sells them. Pelican Parts.com - Parts, Accessories and Technical Information for all Mercedes-Benz Automobiles.

You could purchase them from many dealers, and the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Irvine, CA.

MBpartsworld seems to be the official Mercedes one. My dealer runs MyMercedesParts, a discount OEM site that give wholesale pricing, but it's not up right now for maintenance they said (but it's been down for almost 2 months). There are a few other dealer-run wholesale websites, you just have to look for them.

Guys, the forum asks that we not discuss their competitors.
