What is this rubber part called?

There's the plastic vent when you open your hood, in front of the mono wiper, to filter debris out so the water can drain. The 2nd photo I attached here is just a stock photo I found on the internet with some writing already on it that you can ignore, just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. About 8" of that drain vent is flat and has a little handle you can grab onto and pull up. Under there is where 2 of these rubber pieces are. Their purpose is to funnel the water to go over the blower motor area so you don't get water in the blower.

Mine are toast and need to be replaced except I don't know what they are or who might have them. I notice a lot of Benz places now just have the more major parts, not these tiny doo dads here and there.

70 views, and nobody knows? C'mon people!

Where would I even get such a part?

If any of the 70 viewers knew a source I'm sure they would have chimed in. It's not like people purposely withhold information on a forum designed specifically for sharing...what would be the point?

The only suggestion I might proffer is to check the local junk yards.

If my search was correct, Drip moulding drain.

1246280069

item 44?

You might want to confirm that part and not trust my search.
Everywhere I've checked it's between $80-$90.

I would want to be sure it's the right part before I spend that much.

Yes, that is the right part number. MSRP is $89. Lowest price I can find is $67, no tax, no shipping. That is the price per item. So ~$140 for the OP's two needed. Ouch.

Yep, that's the part.

I guess what I will do is sort of refurb my originals by getting some new rubber and gluing it on the inside or outside of mine. If I don't do something, water will get into that blower motor compartment, and possibly even then into the floor of the car.
