1982 300sd manual fuel pump handle gasket.

I need the gasket that resides on the manual pump handle. I can't find it on the peach parts site. Thanks

If you still have the Hand Primer with the Shiny Aluminum body and hard Plastic Handle that is leaking there is no gasket that is going to cure it. The Gasket at the top of the Plastic Handle is just there to keep dirt out.

When you are done with that type of Hand Primer you are supposed to push the handle to the Bottom and rotate and tighten it and that is supposed to seal it and keep Air from getting into the Fuel Supply System.

The new style Hand Primer is a much better design.

If you are speaking of the Copper Crush Washer that goes between the Hand Primer and the Fuel Supply/Lift Pump that should be available at any Bosch Fuel Injection Shop or Mercedes.

Yes it leaks and I believe it might suck air as well. I do tighten it. I figured a failed gasket at the top would allow air to be sucked in. Somewhere air is being sucked in as it runs rough unless I prime it.
