OM603 N/A short in glow plug relay.

Yesterday, I went to replace the o-rings and copper crush rings on the lines coming from my injection pump, as it has leaked since I bought the car, but now the issue is causing rough starts. Pulled off the intake manifold and airbox, only to discover that I didn't have the proper tool to remove the lines. Put it all back together because I needed the car that evening, turned the key on and pop! Blew the fuse inside of the glow plug module. I have no glow plugs whatsoever. Is there a common wire that gets moved or frayed when messing with the intake manifold? I'm certain there is a short in the system somewhere. I unplugged one glow plug to get a wire out of the way, but it was plugged back in.

You pinched a glow plug wire reinstalling the intake manifold.

Upon further inspection, everything looks kosher as far as wires go. I can't figure out why that fuse popped and I won't have more fuses for a couple of days. Is there a possibility it may have been a fluke? I really don't know where to look..

All I am finding is a couple of frayed wires on 4 and 5, but they aren't bad and aren't touching anything. Also noticed that the small area around the furthest rear bolt on the intake manifold has a clean spot, almost like something should be there.
