I pulled the left headlight to replace front fender. When I put things back together, I mixed up the headlight and headlight wiper motor plugs (they are configured exactly the same). When I turned on the lights and pulled the switch out, the left wiper motor moved up then stopped.

Now I have the plugs in the correct sockets. When I turn on the lights, fuse #3 blows, leaving me with no instrument cluster lights or tag lights and some other outages.

I unplugged the wiper motor plug, replaced the fuse and lights work properly.

Question is, do you think the wiper motor is fried or should I just replace it?

Such a stupid mix-up.
