Richmond, although I don't see it listed on Row52 anymore.

There's this 300SE in Oakland Row52 | 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300 at PICK-n-PULL Oakland WDBCA24D8KA460523

I know a 420 has stiffer springs than an SD. I don't think a 300SE does.
