Looks like have to change lift pump.
Do I need to drain engine oil before removing lift pump. Suggested in this video link about fuel pump and primer pump at the 59 second mark.
Service Manual does not mention draining engine oil. See attached page from SM. Thanks

No need to drain out the Oil in the Crankcase. In fact that won't drain the Oil inside of the Fuel Injection Pump.

There is some Oil trapped inside of the Fuel Injection Pump so when you remove the Fuel Supply/Lift Pump somewhere between one pint and 1/2 quart of Oil is going to come out of the hole where the Lift Pump was.
