1978 300CD - Power-to-Manual Window Regulator

Good day all-

Going from power front windows to a manual crank regulator. Picked up a Dorman regulator for the drivers side front window (p/n 740-414) and it looked a pretty simple swap out....Had nothing but issues with the switches, so going to a crank window for my Daughter.

Doesn't appear to be simple though. The door only has two mount holes that line up with this regulator.

My question for the masses is: Am I needing to drill holes in the sheet metal to mount the manual regulator or did I get the wrong p/n? The mounting Studs right at the crank wheel are the only two that line up with anything....
