major power loss

Hey guys

Looking for your help on an issue I can't figure out. I have a 83 300 turbo and all of a sudden the car doesn't accelerate. Very noticeable at highway speeds. It idles ok, starts OK and moving around at 20-30 mph you don't notice it much. It really feels like the car is not receiving the enough fuel when the turbo. The car literally slows down going up hills.

I have already tried switching the fuel lines, cleaning out the alda lines, tested that the turbo has boost, car is shifting correctly. What's next to check??

Thanks.
