I like the black, but hard to tell from just one picture, taken at night.

The black really makes the rest of the trim and tinted windows stand out.

If the black has a "rough" texture then I would leave it as is.

If it has a smooth texture, I would have it repainted to match the bumper color.

The 94-95 had a different impact strip texture compared to the previous models. A bumper colored impact strip with the said texture may look "off" so because of this if it has the texture I would just leave it as black.

I would paint it even if textured, just doesn't look right adding another color (IMO).

Ya, since there's no black strip on the doors... the bumpers need to match the doors.
