alternative to MB paste?
 

I saw a reference to Mobil 1 synthetic grease as an alternative to the Mercedes paste used on sunroofs. Is Mobil 1 light enough?

I'm almost out of paste & will either need to track more down or do something different.

I made some sunroof sliders for another member on here and sent him some SuperLube synthetic grease with PTFE to try out. I think it is working well so far.

I'm going to offer up some more sunroof sliders for free to those who want to try em out here pretty soon. It's like free experimental medicine...I give you the parts, you assume the risk! :D :D
