I seem to remember the coupes got the turbo motor first....? Not sure.

Here are a couple pictures that I took yesterday. The wheels were just powder coated so I haven't put the wheel covers back on yet.

I think you should price it higher than 3000. 4000+ to start simply because its a Wagon with a manual transmission.

edit: just saw the pictures wow she's beautiful. I wouldn't part with that unless I got a nice chunk of cash. Are you eager to sell? forgive me I didn't read everything

I see rust peeking out in places... that's the thing that's going to ding your price the most, especially if there's more of it (there almost always is).
