How to clean W123 foglights

Hey so I've got clear foglights and theyre a little dirty on the inside, I was wondering how to clean them. Do I just remove the bulb and wash the light in detergent and water then blow it out with a compressor or is there a way to take it apart so I can clean the inside with a towel?
