putting compressor back on

ok so i have cleaned all the lines, installed a new seals, expansion valve, did a visual inspection and now i have tried to reinstall the new compressor.... with great failure.

I have the three bolts (2 longer one shorter) and i cant for the life of me get all three of them in ... and get the a/c hoses (one to condenser/drier the other to the firewall) to line up perfectly with the compressor. I got the belt back on but is there an order in how i should proceed to get this sucker on?

A little oil spilled out as i was handling it and currently it is being held by some wood and one bolt that is in. (i assume i can pour some extra oil into the hose that leads into the condenser from the drier ?

Thanks
