Front Lower Control Arm Bolt

I've decided to replace the lower control arm bushings on my 72 220D. The spring, spindle, ball joints and sway bar link have been removed. The rear bolt with the eccentric washer came out fine but the front bolt is frozen to the metal ID of the bushing. Any tricks to remove this bolt? I cannot torque the bolt since the eccentric washer prevents it from turning. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Deadblow hammer? Or a regular hammer with the nut in place covering the ends of the threads?
