Any injection pump repair shop. Or perhaps small balloons necks could be stretched over?

The delivery valves and fuel inlet and fuel outlet ports on my spare MW pump, from the 1983 OM617A motor that died, have M12 X1.5 threads.
I'm not sure of the size of the oil feed banjo bolt, it is smaller though.

Take a lug bolt, which also has M12 X 1.5 threads, with you to the store for sizing of the tapered plastic caps.

You could use M12 X 1.5 acorn style lug nuts as caps for the delivery valves.

For temporary use you could cut the fingers off of a nitrile glove to use as covers for the delivery valves.

When I cut off the ends of the Hard Lines I got from PNP. Then you have the ball end and the Cap Nut to close off the IP or the Injectors.

File the ends smooth and plug the hole with JB Weld or???
