I've spotted an '06 e320 CDI with 240,000 miles on it. Unfortunately the current owner has no service records. I'm less concerned about the motor than I am the suspension/brakes/etc. Otherwise it looks to be in good shape. Worth $5K-6K? I thought you could get an 05/06 E320 CDI with 100K less miles for $7,000 is you looked hard enough. Perhaps I'm wrong?

I think your sense of the market is correct. I got mine last fall with 146k miles for $8000....and I assume the market has dropped since then.

Yep, those are Seattle prices. Everything is severely over-priced there, but diesel Mercedes are LAUGHABLY over-priced in Seattle. You'd be better off looking for one in the SW/So Cal.
